Here are some frequently asked questions that may be helpful to know when booking your tour!

Q: What is the cost of the tour?

A: Please refer to the tour page located on our website.

 

Q: Are guests allowed?

A: Guests are typically not permitted, but we do occasionally make exceptions if the tour is capable of accommodating. We want to create a cool and intimate vibe; small groups work best, but we reserve the right to make exceptions.

Q: Do I need a valid motorcycle driver’s license?

A: No, for single track/offroad only adventures we do not require a motorcycle licence. however some tours may require a valid motorcycle license for riding on public roads.

 

Q: Will I need special insurance?

A: At a minimum  you are required to have personal health insurance to cover any injuries. However Stoked Offroad LLC requires all participants to sign a release of liability waiver and also assumes no responsibility for its guests actions and use of equipment at any time during any of our tours/rides.

Q: What is included in my adventure?

A: Each tour is different. Regardless of the tour, motorcycle, fuel, and motorcycle damage insurance 

Q: What is not included in my motorcycle vacation?

A: Transport to the trailheads location, lodging and health insurance. We do not provide any riding gear, each rider must provide their own.

 

Q: How long will the rides be?

A: We anticipate riding approximately 6-9 hours each day, but hours may vary.

Q: What happens if a motorcycle breaks down on the ride?

A: We will make our best effort to get it repaired on the spot and will have a support vehicle to pick up motorcycles that are not repairable.

Q: How do I reserve a spot on a ride?

A: By making a non-refundable deposit online today! balance is due 14 days before the first day of the ride. If not paid, we will release your spot to another rider and your deposit is forfeited.

Q: Refund policy

A: There are refunds on deposits (if a Daily Tour/Rental is canceled within 24 hours of booking, 100% of the initial Deposit may be refunded).

Q: Do I bring my own riding gear and helmet?

A: Yes, you are responsible for all your own safety equipment.

Q: Is fuel included?

A: Yes 

Q: Can I cancel my reservation without recourse because of inclement weather?

A: For cancelations received more than 14 days prior to Activity, your remaining balance may be refunded however your initial Deposit amount is nonrefundable. Cancelations with less than 7 days notice cannot be refunded. If a Daily Tour/Rental is canceled within 24 hours of booking, 100% of the initial Deposit may be refunded.

Q: What should I pack?

A: Riding gear, casual clothes, swimwear, any medications, cell phone and anything else you normally carry with you while traveling. We recommend you check the weather forecast 2-3 days prior to the events dates so you can pack appropriate attire. There may not be close access to a store.

Q: Do I need experience?

A: Yes. Although we can alter the difficulty of the ride, we recommend you have at least five years off-road riding experience to be considerate of the other riders and for your safety.

Q: What is the minimum age?

A: 18 years old, or accompanied by an adult/legal guardian.

Q: What are some of the other things your tours are called?

A: Enduro tours, dirt bike activities, motocross vacations, dirt bike trips, dirt bike excursions, dirt bike outing, dirt bike day trips, motorcycle tours, dirt bike adventures, trail bike tours and off-road tours.

Q: How many riders are in the group?

A: Each ride is different so check the specific tour page for details, typically 2-3.

Q: How far in advance should I book the tour?

A: As soon as possible. We expect it to sell out fast as are groups are small, booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Will I learn anything on this tour?

A: Unquestionably yes. The staff has a diverse background and we hope people learn how to be a better rider and lot about trail advocacy.
